Letter From the President

Release 6.06.01 brought some exciting changes in workflow as well as adding some great new functionality. The three major changes for this release are the ability for managers to signify their completion status, for the system to handle non-discretionary increases and a new method to create custom logic during the submittal of an increase.

We are pleased to report that, once again, the OSM “up time” has been over 99.95%. With a growing customer base and significant enhancements, we feel that the OSM system is becoming even stronger and will continue to serve your needs for the foreseeable future. While we feel that we are experts in the compensation area, we do not profess to know everything, so if there is something that you would like to see in OSM or a need that is not met, please let us know. There is a good chance that it is in the system already or, if not, it can be put in place before your next cycle.
