Release 6.14.2 brought some exciting changes in workflow as well as adding some great new functionality. With the new release, we have expanded the ability of managers to model their awards and do "what if" scenarios, enhanced customization options where users may configure not only colors, fonts, date personalizations and text but also the actual screen layout to tmake the process even more positive as well as a host of other enhancements.
We are pleased to report that, once again, the Comprensive compensation (CoCo) “up time” has been over 99.95%. With a growing customer base and significant enhancements, we feel that the CoCo system is becoming even stronger and will continue to serve your needs for the foreseeable future. While we feel that we are experts in the compensation area, we do not profess to know everything, so if there is something that you would like to see in CoCo or a need that is not met, please let us know. There is a good chance that it is in the system already or, if not, it can be put in place before your next cycle.
